• UPS - the UPS function, or "Uninterruptible Power Supply", allows you to keep important devices (like a computer or a CPAP Machine) plugged into the EX18 and, in the case of a power outage, you won't lose power to those devices - erasing critical data or losing precious airway pressure.

• Pass Through Charging - keep the Lithium Cube EX18 plugged into your favorite power source and continue to use the EX18's outlets for non-stop charging of all devices.

• Paralleling - Two units can be combined to double the output and double the battery capacity. With the addition of the paralleling cable (sold separately), the EX18 will double its running output from 1800W to 3600W and take its 1440Wh battery to a combined capacity of 2880Wh.

• Fast-Charging - the included fast-charging AC adapter allows the EX18 to go from 0% battery capacity to 100% in about 1.5 hours allowing you to spend more time doing what you love without wasting time waiting around for the unit to charge!

• Solar Input - You can connect up to 600W of solar panels to make this a true solar generator that will free you from the grid. The EX18 utilizes a powerful MPPT solar charge controller to ensure minimal loss of collected solar input and to maximize efficiency.

Portability Tall, slender, with a stable base - yes we have though of everything. We realize that space may be limited when packing your vehicle for that excursion, this is why we've designed the unit to take up less floor space and more airspace. Please don't report us to the FAA.

Solar Connectivity A true solar generator. Utilizing its 600W input, you can recharge the EX18 within a few hours using solar panels and the sun. The EX18 has a universal Anderson Powerpole connector that makes attaching a solar panel fool-proof. Use your existing solar panel set-up, or take a look at our high efficiency solar panels to take your power game to the next level.

Usability The inverter, while still being pure sine wave, will output 1800W between the 4 AC outlets with a peak surge capability of up to 3600W - this is great for people on jobsites with power-hungry tools & lighting!

Upgraded 12V DC Socket Another cool feature that both the EX18 and the EX5 share - it may seem inconsequential to some, but those who need it will appreciate this design feature - the 12V DC Socket has been upgraded to a marine-type twist-lock design!

People off-roading, overlanding, or those who are prone to "bump-into things" will love the new twist-lock plug - it allows the 12V DC plug to remain in-place through bumpy terrain and rough handling. For those running fridges or other devices that don't steadily consume power, we have removed the timeout function on both the EX18 and EX5 models.
